📄 Description
Pin only the build-linux job in .github/workflows/build.yml to the Ubuntu 22.04 runner so PyInstaller bundles Python and native libraries against the glibc generation used by Linux Mint 21. The v1.8.1 Linux executable fails before startup on Linux Mint 21 because its bundled Python library requires GLIBC_2.38, which is newer than the distribution provides.
Build the Linux job on the explicitly pinned runner and confirm PyInstaller still produces dist/TgWsProxy_linux_amd64 and the workflow completes its existing packaging steps; Launch the raw executable on Linux Mint 21 (or an Ubuntu 22.04 environment with the same glibc baseline) and confirm startup no longer fails with a missing GLIBC_2.38 symbol version.
