Данный PR чинит проверку OneDrive в диагностике. Теперь если переменная %OneDrive% пустая, диагностика выводит "OneDrive check passed". Проверка работает только тогда, когда переменная %OneDrive% не пустая.

Еще раз прошу прощения за такое. Не думал, что переменной %OneDrive% может не быть :(
